New description:

 I have been trying to install some packages that depend on clang-3.9 but
 it will not build. I have tried uninstalling all my clang versions,
 cleaning them, and re-installing and clang-3.9 fails every time. clang-3.7
 & clang-3.8 build fine. Below is the output from the port command and I
