 I have so far not managed to get that to work and use the Macports libsdl2
 installation. I have set it to 1 (the default) and 0 but it keeps not
 finding SDL.H. I have also tried setting:

 # SDL_INSTALL_ROOT = /opt/local/include/SDL2
 }}}
