 There appears to be a bug in their build script:
 https://github.com/mamedev/mame/blob/master/scripts/src/osd/sdl_cfg.lua#L89

 That seems to be trying to change e.g. `-I/opt/local/include/SDL2` to
 `-I/opt/local/include`, but it's only removing `/SDL` and leaving the `2`.
