 Wireshark 2.4.0 is out.  As both wireshark 2.2.8 and wireshark 2.4.0 have
 been released, we should either create a wireshark24 port, move the
 existing wireshark2 port to wireshark22 and update wireshark2 to wireshark
 2.4.0, or we should move wireshark2 to wireshark22 and create a
 wireshark24 port.
