 Initial errors reported in getarch_2nd.c, undeclared identifiers
 SGEMM_DEFAULT_UNROLL_M
 DGEMM_DEFAULT_UNROLL_M
 CGEMM_DEFAULT_UNROLL_M
 ZGEMM_DEFAULT_UNROLL_M
 eventually stops with "too many errors."
