 A few thoughts:

 * What does `port installed and active` return for you?

 * Please attach the files `$(port work gnuradio)/build/CMakeCache.txt` and
 `$(port work gnuradio-devel)/build/CMakeCache.txt` .

 * Does the file `/opt/local/etc/xml/catalog` exist, and if so can you
 attach it here?
