 OK, so the actual issue is that py*-requests 2.18.1_0 has a "required"
 script that specifies "urllib3<1.22,>=1.21.1". There is a new version of
 requests out (2.18.2), which updates this to "urllib3<1.23,>=1.21.1".
 Thus, the issue is really that py*-requests just needs to be updated to
 the most recent version. Simple fix, really.
