 I wonder if there's an issue with syncing to the servers.

 And that one is likely a bad mirror which is causing the fetch to fail
 rather than falling back on searching other mirrors and eventually
 building from source.

 Not sure what that's about, but it's not the problem you care about.

 Ryan, any ideas why this user isn't able to connect to the macports
