 Your fault, failure to build dvisvgm, is described here: #54358. Changing
 Portfile to add the `configure` argument `--disable-dvisvgm` and then
 build – if needed – dvisvgm separately us one option, another is to use a
 different compiler for the whole texlive-bin build.
