multimedia/mpv: update to 0.26.0. Fixes:
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/54023 (#54023)
Changes:
- Refresh 10.6 patchset.
- Add my github handle (non-functional.)
- Update used waf version.
- Declare that port does not install any libraries.
- Disable previously missed features like DVB input.
- Disable Cocoa on 10.6 and below - default to X11 on these platforms.
- Enca + libguess replaced by uchardet.
- Use system GCC on 10.6 and below. No need for a special clang
version any longer.
- Apple Remote support only available on 10.7 and higher.
- Prepare for the new VTB hwaccel API in FFMPEG, but keep using the
old API for now.
- Add CUDA hwaccel feature on 10.6 and higher. Might need to be disabled
later on if it causes trouble.
- Update comments and notes.
- Automatically disable hardware decoding lines in example config file
if hardware decoding is not available.
- Switch between backends based upon system version in example config
file.
- Add support for the latest and greatest python 3.6 for generating
documentation. Old variant retained as a legacy variant that
automatically pulls in the newest one for a smooth upgrade path.
- Prepare for new javascript support - disabled by default, since the
required dependency is not ported yet.
