 I recently upgraded to Mac OS Sierra 12.10.5 and XCode version 8.3.3. The
 pymol install has failed even after a clean attempt. Here are the error
 messages, and the log file is attached.

Comment:

 The message is correct. The pymol port requires that the tcl port be
 installed with the corefoundation variant disabled. To do that, please
 run:

 {{{
 sudo port upgrade --enforce-variants tcl -corefoundation
 }}}
