 The problem is not a missing cmake dependency:

 {{{PortGroup cmake 1.0}}}

 handles this. The problem is using {{{depends_build}}}, rather than
 {{{depends_build-append}}} as it is overwriting {{{port:cmake}}}, which is
 declared by the PortGroup.
