 Looks like there are replacements for these ports under a new home:

  * jakarta-bcel => [https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-bcel/
 commons-bcel]
  * jakarta-log4j => [https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/ log4j]

 However, if there is no interest in keeping them, we might as well just
 remove these obsolete ports.
