 This happens to me sometimes as well. Finding the exact name to uninstall
 is not always completely obvious. If you try:
 {{{
 sudo port uninstall libcdio-paranoia
 }}}
 it should present you with a menu to choose from, and you can select the
 one you want to uninstall by number.
