Comment:

 After switching to GitHub, the fields can now also take just GitHub user
 names. Ultimately we cannot validate those, as their might be GitHub users
 who never logged into Trac. However, we also have auto-completion for
 known users. I think this is enough validation to avoid obvious mistakes.
