 another fairly easy option, it appears, is to set `GRAPHITE_LOOP_OPT=no`
 which will disable the need for `isl` in the first place, at least until
 we get the `isl` thing sorted out. I don't have an appreciation for how
 much this might affect the speed of the code generated without Graphite
 loop optimizations.
