 I don't know if it's by design or oversight, but I have no rights to
 modify any tickets other than by commenting. I can't change anything,
 other than adding comments to, in either my own tickets or tickets
 assigned to myself. I can't close tickets, edit the fields, etc. There's
 also no contact information provided anywhere to admins of this trac :(
