 Updated finance/bitcoin to 0.14.0 with https://github.com/macports
 /macports-ports/commit/c9e772d7cb0f771ad2903357565071777e3450ba

 N.b. The QT5 GUI no longer builds seemingly due to problems with C++11
 support not working.

 I have run out of time to try futzing around with the build.  Help from
 those more knowledgable about Macports QT5/C++11 support is solicited.
