 I think this can be solved by using a /opt/local/gcc- compiler.  Maybe the
 following?
 {{{
 configure.compiler macports-gcc-4.9
 }}}
 I was able to build patched 2.0.13 w/ /opt/local/bin/gcc-mp-4.9 but not
 with /usr/bin/clang.
