 I had checked python's `portgroup` file and MP's online guide before
 submitting the  `portfile` and `py-` is for modules. According to
 [https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0398/ PEP 398] 3.3 is supported until
 2017-09. I just referenced the versions in `setup.py`. Are there any other
 guidelines I should observe?
