 Avahi failed to build. OSX 10.6.8 (O_CLOEXEC was introduced with 10.7+).
 There is a fix for this issue in dbus (closed ticket #43203), its super
 short - but a I do not have the skills to implement this idea in a proper
 patch. Log file is attached.
