 Hello, I am running El Capitan 10.11.6 and tried to install Atlas, which
 failed when I tried to upgrade CDO with this message: `Error: Failed to
 fetch cdo: The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found`. I then
 updated cdo, cleaned it and then tried to reinstall it using Macports,
 using `sudo port install cdo`, which should work based on the CDO
 documentation online, posted at: https://code.zmaw.de/. However, this did
 not work with the error message `Error: Failed to fetch cdo: The requested
 URL returned error: 404 Not Found Error: See
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_cdo/cdo/main.log
 for details.`
