 Hello,

 would it possible to add a special variant to compile ffmpeg with support
 for NVidia's [https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/HWAccelIntro#NVENC NVENC]? I'd
 be happy to test such a variant and provide feedback. I have both internal
 and external NVidia GPU, and the latest driver installed
 (378.05.05.05f02).
