New description:

 I’m trying to build [https://github.com/i3/i3 i3] from source (there is no
 MacPort support for it, but ticket:52596) and that requires the
 [https://github.com/Airblader/xcb-util-xrm xcb-util-xrm] library.
 Considering there are already several xcb-util-* ports, it would make
 sense to add this one as well.
