 I'm trying to get at the root cause.  Did you by chance have libcec
 installed?  For me, that causes myth's configure to insert an early
 '-i/opt/local/include' which then gets propagated to the plugins.  Appears
 all I have to do is add '--disable-libcec' to the configure flags.

 (If someone wants/needs libcec support, I think I know how to do it
 right.)
