 This patch attempts to update cdf-to-fits to the latest version of 1.0,
 last modified November 22, 2016.

 The homepage and download location and packaging have changed.

 The configure script is missing the execute bit so I add it in a post-
 extract block.

 I disable livecheck since I couldn't find a way to determine the latest
 version.

 It does not build; it fails with:

 {{{
 duplicate symbol _z_errmsg in:
     /opt/local/lib/libcdf.a(zutil.o)
     /opt/local/lib/libcfitsio.a(zutil.o)
 ld: 1 duplicate symbol for architecture x86_64
 }}}

 The Makefile seems to have information about static and dynamic libraries.
 Either it's trying to build both statically (and failing) and dynamically,
 or statically only. Maybe it can be told to build dynamically only.
