 Looks like gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad depends on gstreamer1-gst-plugins-
 base, but [https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=774544 gstreamer1
 -gst-plugins-base now provides a file/plugin (lib gst raw parse) that used
 to be provided by gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad], so the
 [wiki:PortfileRecipes#deactivatehack deactivate hack] needs to be used.
