Comment:

 Right, the domain of the
 [http://www.oberhumer.com/opensource/lzo/download/ upstream website] gives
 me a NXDOMAIN, although it is still registered.

 The file was not mirrored, because distfile mirroring as a whole is still
 broken (#53347).
