 Looks like Dave observed other problems with itstool 2.0.3, and 2.0.4 had
 yet other problems, so he
 [changeset:d62618374cfed12bf23f4d451efb22de732ba2c3/macports-ports
 reverted MacPorts to itstool 2.0.2]. After itstool is updated to 2.0.5 we
 should check if this problem still exists.
