 Actually this is not related to this new revision at all. `docbook-xsl`
 was just updated in the ports tree (1.79.2) a few hours ago and that
 caused this regression; I can confirm by reinstalling the previous version
 (1.79.1) which results in the port building successfully.

 At this point I don't know if this is a problem with the new `docbook-xsl`
 or if it is a problem in the way `neomutt` uses it. I'll need to pull
 other people to this.
