 @l2dy: it seems that the URL for the stylesheets in this `docbook-xsl`
 release has changed from `http://docbook.sourceforge.net` to
 `http://cdn.docbook.org` [1], which means that existing files that try to
 use the old URI will now try to download them from the Internet (instead
 of using the local version) or fail, if downloading is forbidden — such as
 in this case. I believe this might have big implications. I'll create a
 new issue to track that.
