 With the 1.1.32 version of `libxslt` (commit:4d49eed), `docbook-xml` and
 `docbook-xsl` ports installed, the following command fail.

 `xsltproc --nonet
 http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl
 xsltproc-test.xml`

 That command worked correctly with the previous version.
