Comment:

 Since this ticket was closed, we've moved the buildbot to new hosting that
 has a slower network connection than what we enjoyed at macOS forge.
 inkscape-devel has switched from bzr to git now, but the problem can
 happen with git too:

 I've reopened #49759 to address it.
