 These symbolic links are created in `/usr/local/bin` if I select "Install
 Shell Commands" from Atom menu (installed from upstream binary).

 atom -> /Applications/Atom.app/Contents/Resources/app/atom.sh
 }}}

 Should these links be created in `${prefix}/bin`?
