 Just as a note, the dependency for lbzip2 is missing for the 0.57.0 port.
 I just tried reinstalling and the log file said it could not find it.
 Installing lbzip2 got poppler to install for me.  Since the migration to a
 newer version is under way, I didn't see the use in opening a different
 ticket for this.
