 Hi Craig,

 I re-installed the High Sierra, and this issue is gone, finally.

 However, there is a compile error.

 So, I want to close this ticket since the original this issue is gone by
 re-installing High Sierra, and want to work with the new ticket for the
 compile issue: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/55380
