 Since upgrading to 10.13 and XCode 9, afflib will no longer build.  The
 first problem was that it required osxfuse, which would not build.  But,
 this ticket [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/54939] contains a work
 around.  Now that I can build and install osxfuse, I still can't build
 afflib.
