Changes (by thomasfiala):

 * Attachment "Portfile-cantera2.3.diff" added.

 diff file to upgrade cantera 2.2 -> cantera 2.3. Doesn't work apparently
 because of linking error to fmtlib, but I cannot find the mistake.
