 MacOS: 10.13, Xcode: 9.0 ; py36-graph-tool failed to build; tried port
 clean and rebuild; tried clang40 and clang50 - all failed. I have attached
 the log file.

 Note: although I did not review the log file, upgrading py27-graph-tool on
 macOS 10.12 also failed (before I upgraded to MacOS 10.13).
