 I am trying to install gnuplot, which requires aquaterm.  After answering
 Y to build dependencies, aquaterm fails to build in High Sierra, 10.13
 (17A365).  The log file contains "Failed to locate 'lbzip2' in path..."
 After installing lbzip2, another failure occurs and the log file contains
 "invalid command name '::ui_init'".
