 Actually it's already been done this time.
 [changeset:5a1d180d4ac823b84caae0ce55370f26c70f5930/macports-ports openssl
 was updated to 1.0.2l in May] and
 [changeset:085e656c9a1a681e981940dc04008e804b0e5618/macports-ports
 openssh's revision was increased in September] for an unrelated reason.

 So I'll just add openssh to the list of ports we revbump after updating
 openssl.
