 Root  Version   5.34/37  compiles on High Sierra, but running fails with:

 dlopen error: dlopen(/opt/local/libexec/root5/lib/root/libThread.so, 9):
 can't resolve symbol __DefaultRuneLocale in
 /opt/local/libexec/root5/lib/root/libThread.so because dependent dylib #1
 could not be loaded in
 /opt/local/libexec/root5/lib/root/libThread.so[[BR]]

 Load Error: Failed to load Dynamic link library
 /opt/local/libexec/root5/lib/root/libThread.so[[BR]]

 Error in <TCint::AutoLoadCallback>: failure loading dependent library
 libThread.so for class TStreamerInfoActions::TActionSequence[[BR]]
