Comment:

 Here's a patch to update the port to 3.18.1, which builds successfully on
 Sierra with Xcode 9.

 It also updates the homepage and fixes the livecheck.

 I also added a patchfile to fix a bug in the configure script that causes
 a warning to appear if `$CC` contains a space, such as when you configure
 macports.conf to enable ccache.

 The existing `patch-dds.yy.diff` patchfile is no longer needed as the fix
 was applied upstream.
