 Ok, this'll probably be because of the changed boolean behavior of jpeg 9,
 which we had patched out for awhile, but removed our patch when we updated
 to jpeg 9b, because the developer of jpeg said jpeg is correct. vxl will
 need to be patched. See #51013.
