 I have updated my OS to Sierra (10.12.6), and installed macports v2.4.2.
 Now I find that the apache2 at 2.4.28 package has installed apache 2.4, not
 2.2 as I used before.

 When I try to compile subversion +mod_dav_svn it fails - see attached log
 file.
