Comment:

 Attached is a patch that seems to allow llvm-5.0 to build on Mac OS
 10.6.[[BR]]
 As mentioned in comment:7, it attempts to turn off
 [https://llvm.org/docs/LibFuzzer.html libFuzzer] for {{{${os.major} <=
 10}}}.[[BR]]
 The fixes from #54985 are also included to allow a successful build.
