 The version of OpenCL on Mac OS X 10.6 seems to be too old to work with
 ImageMagick.[[BR]]
 {{{CL_CALLBACK}}} and {{{CL_API_SUFFIX__VERSION_1_1}}} are used in
 {{{magick/opencl-private.h}}}.[[BR]]
 Neither of these are available on Mac OS X 10.6.
