 Some notes if anyone feels inclined to update wings:
  * A port for cl will be required - [https://github.com/tonyrog/cl]
  * esdl no longer seems to be needed
  * wings needs wxwidgets support in erlang, which is a non-default
 variant, which means depending on it is a pain
