Comment:

 I've been the one to update the gcc ports for the past few years, despite
 what the `maintainers` line said. I will update the ports again, per the
 existing tickets, when I have time to do so. If anybody else would like to
 take a more active role maintaining these ports, or any other nomaintainer
 ports, they are welcome to do so.
