 If you remove the gcc / libgcc dependency from the llvm ports and move it
 to that PortGroup, I'm happy folding in the variant.  The main point of
 the variant is to give people a way to remove that extra dependency.
 Don't forget to make the same change to llvm-3.9, llvm-4.0, llvm-5.0, and
 llvm-devel.
